Prioritize!

(Note to self...and whomever else that gives a flip)
Okay, Imma delve right into this.
If you wanna serve God, serve God!

If you wanna draw close to God, nigga, draw close to God!
Stop trying to 'fix' your life, or 'get better' by taking matters into your own hands, ruining relationships and making people uncomfortable.

By the way, what is the guarantee that shifting from 'sinful' relationships amounts to gravitating towards God?
Get your priorities straight!
It's all about priorities.
Problems arise when we don't order our lives.

If you put God first, eventually everything else will fall into place.
God's spirit does the work of renewal and reconstruction in your heart and ultimately, your life.
Focus on aligning yourself with God.
Not 'dis-aligning' yourself (hope that word exists?...whatever.) from seemingly sinful or unhelpful relationships.

When you take matters into your own hands and try to fix your mess, that's when you miss it and end up losing out on relationships that may have otherwise been helpful later.
Let him fix you first.

You see, it's a thing of action and reaction. If you were giving 'A' 20% and 'B' 80% before, then you decide to give 'A' 25%...'B' will invariably, inevitably, most definitely (hope the grammar is enough?) succumb to a 5% decline.
You dig?

So, as you spend more and more time with God and you consciously, CONSISTENTLY, put Him first in your MIND and actions, those things that detract from the beauty of that divine relationship with Him will gradually whittle away.

No need for stress.
Just prioritize for Heaven's sake!
